Rules of Conduct

• Harassment of other users will not be tolerated.

• Swap descriptions and forum postings must be written in proper language. No swearing is allowed on the site. The same goes for user names, "about me" descriptions, away messages and everywhere else on the site. Keep it clean.

• The official language of the site is English, and all public postings and item descriptions must be written in English. The only exception to the rule is when writing private messages. Should the person you are writing to happen to be from the same country as you, you are allowed to write private messages in languages other than English.

• Item descriptions must always be accurate, as must the condition selected.

• It is not permitted to draw attention to items by using excessive characters such as "!!!!!!", "<<== ITEM ==>>" or similar.

• It is not permitted to upload any kind of pornography, erotic, violent or otherwise offensive pictures or videos anywhere on the site, nor is it permitted to post links to such sites, images or videos.

• Ratings must be filled out in a serious manner. It is not permitted to leave bad ratings for malicious reasons.

• It is not allowed to send swap requests that you do not intend to honor.

• Private messages received through this site are to be considered private and are not to be posted publicly unless permission is given by the sender of the private message.

• It is not allowed to post personal phone numbers or addresses in the forums.

• Off-topic posting is not allowed except in the off-topic forums. All forums have a main topic and the messages posted in these forums must be on topic. Off-topic postings must be kept in the off-topic forums.

If we at any given time deem that a user has broken one or more of our rules of conduct, we retain the right to immediately suspend that user's account, without refunding the member fee, as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
